Orders and delivery

When will my order be processed?

Once ordering is enabled, orders are prepared within 0–2 business days after payment authorisation.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, the dispatch message provides the carrier and tracking link associated with the order.

Where do you ship?

The intended service area is Australia only. Ordering must remain paused until Shopify checkout displays AUD and the matching Australia shipping service is enabled and verified.

Returns and refunds

How long do I have to request a return?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and include their original packaging and components.

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Confirmed defective or incorrect items are handled without requiring paid return shipping from the customer.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a separate order.

What products do you offer?

Eco Bloom Supplies curates natural-looking textiles, practical storage, decorative accents and light home furnishings.

Does Eco mean every product is environmentally certified?

No. Eco is part of the brand name and is not an environmental certification. Any specific material or certification claim will be stated only when verified for that product.

Payment and support

Is checkout secure?

Checkout uses encrypted connections and third-party payment providers. Eco Bloom Supplies does not store full card details.
