Order processing

Orders are prepared within 0–2 business days after payment authorisation. Ordering must remain paused until the Australia shipping destinations, checkout currency and delivery settings are confirmed in Shopify.

Shipping scope and delivery estimates

The intended service area is Australia only. The prepared operating standard is 7–12 business days in transit and 7–14 business days total, but these estimates do not apply until the matching shipping service is enabled and verified in checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the dispatch message provides the carrier and tracking link associated with the order.

Address changes

Use the contact form promptly after ordering. We will confirm whether the address can be updated before dispatch.

Lost, damaged or incorrect parcels

Contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. A confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item is handled without requiring the customer to pay return shipping. Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.
