30-day change-of-mind returns

Yes, an eligible change-of-mind return may be requested within 30 days from delivery.

How to request and send a return

Use the contact form with the order number and item. Contact us before sending an item. We will provide the correct mailing instructions and return address. Do not send the item before receiving those instructions.

Return shipping and fees

The customer pays change-of-mind return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

Refund timing

The refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. An eligible item must be returned and a separate order placed after the original return is completed.

Mandatory consumer rights
