30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, in its original condition and include the original packaging and components. Proof of purchase is required. A return must be requested before an item is sent.

How to request a return

Use the contact form with the order number, item and reason. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send an item before receiving those instructions.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Report the issue using the contact form. A confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item is refunded or replaced without requiring the customer to pay return shipping. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this voluntary return policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. A payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the eligible item and place a separate order.
