These terms govern use of ecobloomsupplies.com. Browsing the site does not create an order, sale or service contract.

Current store status

Home and décor product records are unpublished while product and delivery facts are verified. Checkout and purchasing functions remain unavailable.

Future product information

A product may be offered only after its identity, composition, warnings, regulatory and platform eligibility, imagery, price, inventory and delivery configuration are verified. Product information must be accurate and consistent through checkout and any future feed.

Currency, prices and payment

Before ordering opens, the public currency and checkout must be verified in Australian dollars (AUD). Taxes, duties and final totals must be verified and disclosed consistently on product pages, cart and checkout before ordering opens.

An order will be formed only after checkout is enabled, payment is authorised and an order confirmation is issued. Available payment methods will be shown in checkout and will not be represented in advance.

Delivery and returns

No delivery promise currently applies. Confirmed future voluntary return terms are in the Return and Refund Policy: eligible requests within 30 days from delivery, customer-paid change-of-mind return shipping, no restocking fee, return by mail after the customer receives the correct mailing instructions, no direct exchanges and refunds within 10 business days after the returned item is received.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including where the Australian Consumer Law applies.

Acceptable use

The site may not be used for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious interference, unauthorised copying, security testing without permission or attempts to compromise the site or another person’s information.
