This website is operated as Eco Bloom Supplies by Martlaz Limited, Company Number 16614951, using Shopify. Browsing the storefront does not create an order or service contract.
Store readiness
The storefront is prepared for customers in Australia. Ordering must remain paused until the public currency, payment methods and Australia-only shipping settings are confirmed in Shopify.
Product information
We aim to describe materials, finishes, included items and care clearly. Colours may vary slightly by display. Decorative objects shown with a product are not included unless stated in the “What is included” section.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed only after the payment provider authorises the transaction and an order confirmation is issued. The price shown on the product page is the final product price, with no hidden product fees.
Returns
The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. The customer pays return shipping, there is no restocking fee and confirmed defective or incorrect items are handled without requiring paid return shipping.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law applicable to a transaction.
Prohibited use
The site may not be used for fraud, malicious interference, unlawful activity, unauthorised copying or attempts to compromise security.
